高度变位直齿锥齿轮齿形检测点的计算及验证

摘要 在小模数齿轮加工时,针对不同零件参数相应的需要调整机床参数,通过专业的检测设备和人员对齿轮各方面精度确认后,即可锁定机床进行批量加工。对于模数0.3以上的圆柱齿轮,用齿轮检测中心可以快速准确地输出检测结果,但是对于锥齿轮以及模数0.3以下的圆柱齿轮来说,已经超出了齿轮检测中心的检测能力,此时需要运用传统的万能工具显微镜配合齿形坐标点来检测齿形精度。随着科技不断进步,新的设计逐渐运用于实际,面对高度变位直齿锥齿轮的加工,如何准确地判定加工出的齿形是否符合标准,需要为检验提供准确可靠的齿形坐标点信息。针对上述问题,提出了高度变位直齿锥齿轮齿形坐标点的计算方法,并通过CAD软件辅助作图确认其正确性,填补了企业在小模数高度变位锥齿轮检测方面的空白,保证了产品的质量。 In the machining of small module gear,it was needed that adjusting the machine parameters according to the corresponding needs of different part parameters,and then locked the machine tool for batch processing after confirming the accuracy of all aspects of the gear by professional testing equipment and personnel.For cylindrical gear with a module of more than 0.3,the gear testing center can quickly and accurately output the testing results,but for bevel gear and module of less than 0.3,it exceeded the detection ability of the gear detection center.At this time,it was necessary to use the traditional universal tool microscope with the tooth shape coordinate point to detect the tooth shape accuracy.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the new design was gradually applied into practice.In the face of the machining of high displacement straight bevel gear,how to accurately determine whether the processed tooth profile met the standard,it was needed to provide accurate and reliable tooth profile coordinate point information for inspection.In view of the above problems,it was put forward that the calculation method of the tooth shape coordinate points of the high displacement straight bevel gear,and confirmed its correctness through the CAD aided drawing,which filled the blank of the company in the detection of the small module high displacement bevel gear and ensured the products quality.
