大功率无功补偿SVG功率柜的结构设计

摘要 国内市场上SVG产品型号众多,各厂家生产的功率柜没有统一的标准,外观及尺寸差异较大,产品质量与性能也参差不齐。国内一些厂家在进行SVG产品结构设计时,只凭借设计经验,缺少理论数据支撑,缺乏系统设计,设计出来的产品往往存在运行不可靠、故障率较高等诸多问题。从SVG功率柜及功率模块的组成及分类、柜体结构设计、散热设计、防腐设计等多角度展开论述,对SVG功率柜的结构设计具有很好的指导意义,可以为SVG功率柜结构设计的合理化与科学性提供参考依据。 There were many SVG products type in the domestic market,but no existing uniform standard for the produced power cabinet by different manufacturers,so the appearance,size and quality were different,and the quality and property of products were spotty.Some domestic manufacturers only relied on design experience when designing products structure of SVG by domestic manufacturers,which lacked theoretical data support and system design,so their new products often had many problems such as unreliable operation,high failure rate and so on.It was discussed that the composition and classification of SVG power cabinet,cabinet structure design,heat dissipation design,corrosion resistance design and so on,which had a good guiding significance for the structural design of SVG power cabinet,and could provide reference for the rationalization and scientificity of SVG power cabinet structure design.
