科技创业下新型职业农民信息服务影响因素研究

A Research on the Influencing Factors of New Professional Farmer’s Information Services Under the Background of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship

在农村创业创新服务研究领域,针对新型职业农民科技创业的信息服务影响因素的研究近年来成为学术界关注的重点。在厘清新型职业农民和科技创业概念的基础上,应用农业农村部"2019年全国返乡入乡创新创业监测调查试点工作"所搜集的相关数据,借助回归分析的方法探索了能够影响当前新型职业农业使用信息相关服务的各种因素,分析结果显示:农村创业主体在科技创业中,环境因素、个体特征、经营状况、信息渠道和服务内容能够对其信息服务产生显著的影响。基于上述结论提出了针对农村信息服务的相关建议,以期能够为提升农村新型职业农民的科技创业能力的相关研究提供参考。

The influencing factors of new professional farmer’s information services had received considerable attention of scholars during the research area of rural entrepreneurship and innovation service.In this paper,based on making clear the conception of new professional farmer and science and technology entrepreneurship,we carried out an empirical research on the influencing factors for professional farmer’s information services using regression model and empirical data collected via"Pilot Work on the Monitoring and Investigation of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Rural Areas in 2019"carried by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The research and experiment suggested that environmental factors,individual characteristics,business conditions,information channels and service contents can have a significant impact on their information services during science and technology entrepreneurship in rural area.Based on the results obtained,we present some advice on rural information services in the hope of providing enlightenment and support for relevant theory research of promotion of science and technology entrepreneurship capability of new professional farmer.
