揿针治疗痔疮术后排尿困难临床观察

Analysis on the Clinical Significance of Intradermal Needle for Patients with Dysuria after Hemorrhoids Operation

目的探讨揿针治疗痔疮术后患者排尿困难的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月辽宁省沈阳市肛肠医院肛门病科五病区的80例痔疮术后排尿困难患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组患者采用临床常规的治疗方法,试验组患者在对照组基础上采取中医揿针治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的临床有效率。结果试验组患者临床总有效率为92.5%,对照组临床总有效率为82.5%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于痔疮术后排尿困难患者,采取揿针治疗的临床效果较好,临床意义显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of intradermal needle for patients with dysuria after hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in ward five of anal diseases of Shenyang Anorectal Hospital,80 patients with hemorrhoid postoperative dysuria were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group.The control group of 40 cases received routine clinical treatment.In the experimental group,40 patients with postoperative dysuria of mixed hemorrhoids were treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the basis of routine clinical treatment.The clinical effective rate was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 82.5%.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hemorrhoids with postoperative dysuria,the clinical effect of acupuncture is better,so the clinical significance of acupuncture for hemorrhoids with postoperative dysuria is significant,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
