芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP、ET-1的影响

Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule Combined with Tovaptan on Heart Function,NT-Probnp and ET-1 in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及NT-proBNP、ET-1的影响。方法选取92例慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者,随机分为2组,各46例。2组均给予常规治疗,对照组给予托伐普坦治疗,观察组在此基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊治疗,2组均治疗3个月。统计2组治疗前及治疗后3个月中医证候积分;比较2组患者治疗前及治疗后3个月心功能及血清NT-proBNP、ET-1水平的差异。比较治疗后6个月内2组患者再复发率及病死率的差异。结果治疗后3个月,2组中医证候积分、LVEDVI、LVESVI、LVMI及血清NT-proBNP、ET-1水平均较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组LVEF高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月内再住院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合托伐普坦治疗CHF患者可改善患者临床症状,恢复心功能,降低血清NT-proBNP及ET-1水平,预后较好。

Objective To explore the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with tovaptan on heart function,NT-proBNP and ET-1 in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 92 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 46 patients in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given the treatment of tovaptan,and the observation group was given Qili Qiangxin capsule on this basis.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The scores of TCM symptoms before treatment and 3 months after treatment were counted in 2 groups.The differences in cardiac function and serum levels of NT-proBNP and ET-1 before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.The recurrence rate and mortality of 2 groups within 6 months after treatment were compared.Results Three months after the treatment,the levels of TCM syndrome score,LVEDVI,LVESVI,LVMI,serum of NT-proBNP and ET-1 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The re-hospitalization rate in the observation group within 6 months after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with tovaptan can improve the clinical symptoms of CHF patients,recover the heart function,reduce the level of NT-proBNP and ET-1 in serum,and has a good prognosis.
