高质量发展评价指标体系研究述评

A Review of High Quality Development Evaluation Index System

构建高质量发展指标体系并定量测度区域经济高质量发展水平,对于推动地区高质量发展具有重要意义。文章对探讨高质量发展指标体系的文献与实践进行梳理和总结,对指标体系中的一、二级指标和评价范围进行分析。研究发现,高质量发展评价指标体系对于制造业和社会人文质量相关指标的关注不够。未来对于高质量发展评价的研究应弥补仅从国内背景建立指标体系的不足,要同时从国内和国际两个背景对指标进行选择。

It is of great significance for improving regional economic development to construct a high-quality development index system and measure the high-quality development level of regional economy. This paper combs and summarizes the literature and practice exploring high-quality development index system,and makes analyses on the primary and secondary level indexes and evaluation criteria in the index system. The results show that the high-development index system pays insufficient attention to the indicators related to manufacturing industry and humanistic quality. Thus the indicators should be selected from both domestic and international background.
