蒙牛乳业跨国经营与投资对企业发展的影响分析

蒙牛乳业作为中国著名的奶制品企业,在整个国内相关行业有举足轻重的地位。蒙牛在国内市场牢牢占据领先地位之后,近年来也在积极开拓国外市场,努力实现其成为国际化乳业品牌的目标。笔者通过研究近年来蒙牛集团的跨国经营与投资行为,分析其对企业发展的影响,总结经验,对于我国其他乳制品企业的发展提供借鉴。其他乳制品企业也要吸取知名企业在发展过程中的经验和教训,结合自身实际情况加以修正,探索出适合企业自身的发展道路。

As a famous dairy enterprise in China,Mengniu Dairy industry plays an important role in the whole domestic related industries.After it firmly occupies a leading position in the domestic market,it is also actively exploring foreign markets in recent years,striving to achieve its goal of becoming an international dairy brand.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of Mengniu Group’s transnational operation and investment on the development of enterprises in recent years,summarize the experience,provide reference for the development of other dairy enterprises in our country,at the same time,draw on the shortcomings of the previous enterprises in the development process,combine with their own actual situation,modify them,and explore the development path suitable for enterprises themselves.
