摘要
文章通过对蒙西工业园至三北羊场铁路自管和代管两种运营管理模式进行对比研究和分析,旨在分析不同的运营管理模式对合资铁路工程建设、运输组织及运营成本方面的影响。提出在一定车流和路网条件下,适合采用何种模式进行运营管理。可供建设总包单位在如何选择运营管理模式方面决策参考。
This thesis makes a comparative study and analysis of the two operation and management modes of the railway from Mengxi Industrial Park to Sanbei Yangchang. The aim is to analyze the influence of different operation and management modes on the construction,transportation organization and operation cost of the joint venture railway. This paper puts forward which mode is more suitable for operation management under certain traffic flow and railway network conditions. It can be used as a reference for the construction contractor to make decisions on how to choose the operation management mode.
