电焊作业安全防护措施研究

Study on Safety Protection Measures of Electric Welding Operation

随着我国经济社会的日新月异,我国所有的行业中都涉及了电焊的应用,譬如:建筑行业、电力行业等。电焊的研发利用为我国各行各业提供的工作的便利,节约了更多的成本和时间。电焊工人在进行电焊的工作时,一些有毒害的气体、粉尘、光的辐射以及产生的噪音都会对工人的身体健康以及人身安全造成严重的危害。一旦缺少完善的电焊工作防护措施,很大程度上会发生事故。本文对电焊作业可能会发生的安全事故进行了分析,并提出了相应的防护策略,以供参考。

With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,all industries in our country involve the application of electric welding,such as:construction industry,electric power industry and so on.The research and development of electric welding makes use of the convenience provided by various industries in our country,and saves more cost and time.In the work of electric welding workers,some toxic gases,dust,radiation of light and noise can cause serious harm to workers'health and safety.Once the lack of perfect welding protection measures,to a large extent there will be accidents.This paper analyzes the possible safety accidents in electric welding operation and puts forward some suggestions corresponding protection strategy for reference.
