基于用电信息采集系统的分布式小水电能源管理平台应用研究

摘要 福建省在水资源方面具有一定的优势,并不断加强小水电开发。但是,在对目前的情况进行分析后发现,由于小水电建设时间比较短,设施没有及时更新,导致其智能化水平始终无法得到有效的提升,需要大量的人员值守水电站,运用人工调节控制设备,运行过程中需要投入的人力成本比较高,水能资源没有得到高效的运用。在管理方面,采取的管理方式已经难以满足实际的需要,无法对小水电设备进行全面的监督和管理,基于这些问题,必须改造水电站,以信息化的方式进行统一的管理。 Fujian Province has certain advantages in water resources,and constantly strengthen the development of small hydropower.However,after the analysis of the current situation,it is found that due to the short construction time of small hydropower station and the facilities are not updated in time,the intelligent level of small hydropower station can not be effectively improved.A large number of personnel are required to watch the hydropower station,and manual adjustment and control equipment are used.Therefore,the labor cost required in the operation process is relatively high,and the hydropower resources are not used effi ciently.In terms of management,the management mode adopted has been diffi cult to meet the actual needs,unable to carry out comprehensive supervision and management of small hydropower equipment.Based on these problems,it is necessary to transform hydropower stations and carry out unifi ed management in an information-based way.
