摘要
针对耐久性试验中电解电容器多次发生炸裂、失效的问题,通过对不同温度、氯离子含量条件下,电容器的耐久性试验,考察了电容器的失效时间。结果表明,试验温度越高,氯离子含量越高,电容器失效就越快。电容器的失效对高温更为敏感,极微量的氯离子导致电容器提前失效。在105℃,1200 h的条件下,氯离子含量超过1 ppm电容器就会在耐久性试验中失效。
Aiming at the problem of multiple cracking and failure of electrolytic capacitors in durability test,the failure time of capacitors was investigated by experiments on the durability of capacitors under different temperature and chloride ion conditions.The results show that the higher the experimental temperature,the higher the chloride ion content and the faster the capacitor fails.The failure of the capacitor is more sensitive to high temperatures,and a very small amount of chloride ions cause the capacitor to fail prematurely.At 105℃,1200 h,the capacitor with a chloride ion content exceeding 1 ppm will fail in the durability test.
