摘要
介绍了煤矿坑道双动力头钻机检测平台的设计思路、结构组成及加载装置的设计和测控系统的搭建。设计的煤矿坑道双动力头钻机检测平台能够更加真实地模拟钻机实际工况,对其2个动力输出轴同时进行加载、检测,提高了检测的效率和直观性、准确性。
Introduced the design idea of the testing platform of the double power head drilling rig in the coal mine tunnel,the structure composition,the design of the loading device and the construction of the measurement and control system.The designed platform can simulate the actual working condition of the drilling rig more truly,load and test the two power output shafts at the same time,which improves the efficiency,intuitiveness and accuracy of the testing.
