长距离带式输送机不同区段托辊组结构形式研究

Research on Structure Forms of Idler Group in Different Sections of Long-distance Belt Conveyor

对长距离平面转弯带式输送机转弯段托辊组及凸弧段托辊组结构形式进行了研究,介绍了平面转弯段托辊组、凸弧段托辊组2种新型托辊组结构。2种托辊组结构使得工程项目在现场安装、调试时更加灵活方便,省时省力,也可以有效地改善输送带及托辊的受力状态,对提高托辊及输送带的使用寿命具有极其重要的作用。

The structure forms of idler group in the turning section and convex arc section of the longdistance plane turning belt conveyor were studied,and introduced two new types of idler group structure,which are the idler group in the plane turning section and the idler group in the convex arc section.The two new types of idler group structure are more flexible and convenient in field installation and commissioning,saving time and labor,and can also effectively improve the stress state of conveyor belt and idler,which plays an extremely important role in improving the service life of idler and conveyor belt.
