摘要
对铰接式矿用重型电动铲板车系统架构进行了分析,详细介绍了电气系统结构、分布式电气驱动技术、整车控制技术,在此基础上搭建了整车控制系统,并分析了整车控制策略。经工业性试验验证,可实现整车安全、可靠、高效运行,提高了车辆的核心竞争力。
The system architecture of articulated heavy-duty mining electric shovel truck was analyzed.The electrical system structure,distributed electrical drive technology,truck control technology was introduced in detail,and build the truck control system on this basis,the truck control strategy was analyzed.Through industrial test,it can realize safe,reliabl and efficient operation of the whole truck,and improve the core competitiveness of the truck.
