摘要
对于液压支架立柱的冲击试验,冲击前的相关参数选取往往具有不规范性,针对这一问题,以重锤法为分析方法,通过能量法推导了75%乳化液液柱下立柱等效刚度公式,确定了冲击重锤的质量与冲击的高度,推导了双伸缩立柱缸体内的压力公式,建立了一种基于GB 25974.1-2010的液压支架立柱冲击数学模型,以ZY6000/18.5/38A掩护型液压支架立柱为例进行显式动力学冲击仿真,为立柱冲击所采取的参数试验数据提供了理论基础。
For the impact test of the hydraulic support column,the selection of the relevant parameters before the impact is often irregular,aiming at this problem,the heavy hammer methed was used as the analysis method,the equivalent stiffness formula of the column under 75%emulsion liquid column was derived by the energy method,the mass and impact height of the heavy hammer were determined,and the pressure formula of the cylinder body of the double telescopic column was derived.Based on the national standard GB 25974.1-2010,a mathematical model of hydraulic support column impact was established.Taking ZY6000/18.5/38 A shield hydraulic support column as an example,the explicit dynamic impact simulation was carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the parameter test data of column impact.
