采煤机液压元件深槽表层定心磨削加工参数优化分析

摘要 为了提高深槽结构件表面的磨削加工精度,采用信号过滤的方式对磨削力进行测定,研究砂轮转速对深槽磨削加工表层磨削力和表面形貌的影响。研究结果表明:当砂轮转速增大后,引起切向切削力与法向切削力的同时下降,法向切削力比切向切削力高。砂轮转速增大会引起磨削区内产生更多的磨粒数量,最大未变形切屑厚度减小,导致成屑磨粒的切入深度降低。当砂轮转速增大后,表面粗糙度发生线性降低,产生了沿切削方向分布的划痕,降低最大未变形切削厚度,使磨粒成屑过程需要切入的工件表面深度随之降低,减小了耕犁条纹的深度,形成更小的切削力。 In order to improve the grinding accuracy of the surface of the deep groove structure parts,adopted the method of signal filtering to measure the grinding force,and studied the influence of the grinding wheel rotation speed on the surface grinding force and surface morphology of the deep groove grinding.The results show that when the grinding wheel rotation speed increases,the tangential cutting force and the normal cutting force decrease simultaneously,and the normal cutting force is higher than the tangential cutting force.The increase of the grinding wheel rotation speed will lead to more abrasive particles in the grinding area,and the maximum undeformed chip thickness will decrease,resulting in a reduction in the cutting depth of grinding particles into chips.When the grinding wheel rotation speed increases,the surface roughness decreases linearly,resulting in scratches distributed along the cutting direction,which reduces the maximum undeformed cutting thickness,and reduces the surface depth of the workpiece that needs to be cut in the process of grinding particles into chips,thus reducing the depth of plough stripes and forming a smaller cutting force.
