摘要
为满足铁矿石快速定量装车的需要,带有反弧形闸门的装车溜槽得到应用,反弧形闸门是装车溜槽的关键结构。介绍了溜槽的装车工艺和反弧形闸门的设计,最终研制出的反弧形闸门成功应用于装车现场。现场应用表明,反弧形闸门的使用有效防止了铁矿石对车厢底板的冲击,实现了铁矿石的快速定量装载。
In order to meet the needs of rapid quantitative loading of iron ore,the loading chute with reverse arc gate has been applied.The reverse arc gate is the key structure to the loading chute.Introduced the chute of the loading process and the design of reverse arc gate.Eventually the reverse arc gate was developed and successfully applied to the loading site.The field application shows that the use of the reverse arc gate effectively prevents the impact of iron ore on the floor,which has realized the rapid quantitative loading of iron ore.
