摘要
针对赵楼矿防冲卸压孔施工要求,进行了ZYWL-4000Y自动钻机的适应性优化研究。在保持主要结构不变的前提下,设计了可装载35根钻杆的钻杆扩容箱。根据50 m遥控要求,基于可扩展中继器开发了无线视频监控系统。通过环隙比计算和实验室试验,选取了Φ153 mm PDC复合片钻头和Φ89 mm铣槽螺旋钻杆的组合,实现了浅钻孔无介质排渣。现场应用表明,优化后的自动钻机能够较好地满足施工防冲卸压孔的现场需求。
Aiming at the demand for drilling burst pressure relief holes in Zhaolou coal mine,the adaptive optimization of ZYWL-4000 Y automatic drilling rig was studied.Under the condition to maintain the main structure,a drilling pipe capacity expansion box which can carry 35 pipes was designed.According to 50 m remote requirement,the wireless video monitoring system was developed based on extensible repeaters.Through annulus ratio calculation and laboratory test,the combination of theΦ153 mm PDC compact bit andΦ89 mm slot milling spiral drilling pipe was selected,which can discharge the dregs without medium in shallow hole.Field application shows that optimized automatic drilling rig can satisfy the demand for drilling burst pressure relief holes.
