介绍了目前煤矿井下掘进与锚杆钻车双机循环作业导致的效率较低和安全隐患较大的情况。对比分析了国内第二代掘锚一体机的缺点,提出了新型掘锚一体机改造方案。介绍了掘锚一体机在长平矿的应用情况,分析了工业性试验中出现的各种故障及解决措施,总结了该机具有的优缺点。

Introduced the current situation of lower efficiency and greater safety hazards caused by the dual-machine cycle operation of underground excavation and anchor drilling rigs.The disadvantages of the second generation of domestic integrated excavation and anchoring machine were compared and analyzed.A new type of integrated excavation and anchoring machine transformation plan was proposed.Introduced the application of the integrated excavation and anchoring machine in Changping mine,analyzed various faults and solutions in industrial test,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the machine.
