摘要 针对目前洗煤厂中带式输送机料层厚、速度快,铁器可能会进入分级破碎机,造成断齿、齿辊变形等,影响生产,设计一种基于音频信号的破碎机故障诊断系统。设计实验收集数据,计算并选择出正常与故障信号差异较大的特征量,尝试利用音频信号实现入料铁器识别,为破碎机的智能化检测和故障诊断提供新的思路。 In view that in current coal cleaning plant belt conveyor has thick material layer and highspeed,iron may enter the grading crusher to result in broken teeth,tooth roll deformation and affect the production,designed a crusher fault diagnosis system based on audio signal.The experiment was designed to collect data,calculate and select the characteristic quantity with big difference between normal and fault signals,and try to use the audio signal to realize the identification of the feed iron,providing a new idea for intelligent detection and fault diagnosis of crusher.
