摘要
矿用磁力耦合器具有可靠性高、效率高等优点,广泛应用于带式输送机传动系统。多机驱动带式输送机耦合器控制系统为减小电气冲击和机械冲击采用软启动结合功率平衡的控制策略。由于耦合器永磁体耐热性能不足,其控制策略时既要满足带式输送机系统要求,又要将耦合器铜盘涡流产生的热量限制在允许范围内以提高其使用寿命。该策略已进行现场应用并取得较好的使用效果。
The mining magnetic coupler has the advantages of high reliability,high efficiency and so on,and is widely applied to the transmission system of belt conveyor.In order to reduce the electrical impact and mechanical impact,the control strategy of soft start combined with power balance is adopted in the coupler control system of multi-motor drive belt conveyor.Because the heat resistance of the coupler permanent magnet is insufficient,the control strategy should not only meet the requirements of belt conveyor system,but also limit the heat generated by copper disc vortex flow of coupler within the permission range to improve its service life.The strategy has been applied in the field and achieved good results.
