摘要
在水上桥梁桩基施工常采用钢护筒作为围护结构,钢护筒施沉到位后,由于施工偏差或设计变更等原因,造成钢护筒须拔除后重新施沉。为了研发安全、经济且高效的钢护筒拔除工艺,依托漳州市金峰大桥,通过方案比选及理论分析,研究并成功应用了"气顶法+振动锤"钢护筒拔除工艺,总结了该工艺的施工要点,验证了其经济合理性及安全可靠性,可在类似工程中推广。
In the construction of the pile foundation of the bridge over water, the steel casing is often used as the retaining structure. After the steel casing is sunk in place, the steel casing must be removed and then sunk again because of construction deviation or design change. In order to develop a safe, economical and efficient steel casing removing process, relying on the Jinfeng Bridge in Zhangzhou, we studied the steel casing removing process of "gas cap method + vibrating hammer" through the comparison of schemes and theoretical analysis, summarized the construction key points of the technology, verified its economic rationality and safety reliability, which can be popularized in similar projects.
