摘要 耙吸式挖泥船疏浚粉土时普遍遇到施工效率明显降低的情况,结合国内最新的单耙耙吸式挖泥船航浚6008轮在神华黄骅港航道施工,对单耙耙吸式挖泥船在粉土土质工况条件的施工工艺和施工效果进行了研究。通过船舶效率测试给出了该单耙耙吸船粉土施工时的进舱浓度影响因素及影响程度并据此确定施工工艺。利用施工测图计算的下方量及船舶在航道内的挖泥时间分析了该单耙耙吸船施工效率,发现仅靠挖泥时间的增加不能有效提高耙吸船疏浚粉土的生产效率。分析了单耙耙吸式挖泥船的施工质量,由于土质较硬和单耙引起的操作困难原因,航道中部平整度较差。 The construction efficiency of trailing suction dredger is generally reduced when dredging silt. Combined with the latest domestic single rake suction hopper dredger Hangjun 6008 in Shenhua Huanghua Port channel construction, study on the construction technology and effect of single rake suction dredger in silt soil conditions was carried out. The influencing factors and degree of the dredging density of the single rake suction dredger were given through efficiency testing, and the construction technology was determined accordingly. The construction efficiency of the single rake suction dredger was analyzed by use of bed measured volume based on the mapping and the dredging time in the channel. It is found that the production efficiency of dredging silt by the trailing suction hopper dredger cannot be effectively improved only by the increase of dredging time. The construction quality of single rake suction dredger was analyzed in this paper. Due to the hard soil and the difficulty of operation caused by single rake, the flatness of the middle channel is poor.
