摘要
为探讨不同杉木半同胞家系种子播种育苗的苗期生长情况,对位于江西省赣州市崇义县高坌林场省级杉木良种基地2代杉木种子园66个半同胞家系种子播种育苗的苗高生长量进行比较试验研究。结果表明:杉木2代种子园66个半同胞家系苗高生长差异达到了极显著水平,有36个半同胞家系的苗高均值大于总体均值,占比达54.55%。相同母本来源地(种源)的家系内苗高生长量均存在显著性差异,初步选出J60、J66、J69、J70、J71、J73、J74、J78、J82、J84、J85、J88、J95、J97、J102、J107、J110、J113、J114、J115、J117、J118号等22个苗期生长表现优良的杉木2代种子园半同胞家系,为当地杉木苗期的早期选择提供了参照,为优良家系选择提供了一定的基础,其中J69、J82、J84、J884个家系母本来源为黄田江红心杉种源,可为江西全南黄田江红心杉优良家系选择提供参考。
In order to study the seedling growth of different Chinese fir half-sib families,the seedling height growth of 66 half-sib families in the second generation Chinese fir seed garden of Gaoben forest farm,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province was studied.The results showed the difference between the seedling height growth of 66 half sib families in the 2-generation seed orchards reached a significant level.The mean of seedling height of 66 Chinese fir half-sib families was higher than the total mean,accounting for 54.55%of all.There were significant differences in the growth of seedling height in families of the same mother origin.There were significant differences in seedling height in the same maternal origin and 22 families with good seedling growth performance,such as J5,J55,J7,J23,J22,J40,J56,J17,J28,J30,were selected.It providing a reference for the early selection of local Chinese fir seedling stage and providing a basis for the selection of good families.Among them,J69,J82,J84 and J88 family were from Cunninghamia lanceolata“Huang-tianjiang Red Heartwood”which could be the Quan nan county of Jiangxi Province to provide reference for the selection of fine families of Cunninghamia lanceolata“Huang-tianjiang Red Heartwood”.
