Liquid culture is the only way for Oudemansiella radicata industry to step into standardization,scale and industrialization.Therefore,this paper compares the effects of different nitrogen sources,nitrogen sources,inorganic salts and vitamins of liquid culture medium on the growth of Oudemansiella radicata mycelium;Four factors and three levels orthogonal table were used to compare the mycelium biomass,Results the best liquid medium formula were Corn flour 3 g/100mL,peptone 0.4 g/100mL,KH 2PO 40.1 g/100mL,MgSO 40.03 g/100mL,NaCl 0.01 g/100mL,VB 10.002%.
