摘要
经预备试验可知,兴安杜鹃的根、茎、叶为外植体,根段更易产生愈伤组织。结果表明,采用根段诱导愈伤组织和丛生芽最适培养基配方为1/4MS+ZT 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L培养基,其诱导率为73.33%。
the results of this paper showed that the roots,stems and leaves of Rhododendron dauricum were explants,and the calli were more likely to be produced in root segments.The optimum medium formula for inducing calli from root segments and sprouting was 73.33%.
