奥克喷射线防护剂防治急性放射性皮炎效果的Meta分析 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]评价奥克喷射线防护剂用于急性放射性皮炎的防治效果。[方法]检索PubMed、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊数据库(CNKI)万方数据库、中有关奥克喷射线防护剂用于防治急性放射性皮炎的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2019年12月1日。依据偏倚风险评估工具对所筛选文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]最终纳入了6项随机对照试验,584例病人。Meta分析结果显示,干预组急性放射性皮炎总发生率[OR=0.18,95%CI(0.08,0.38),P<0.05]、轻度放射性皮炎发生率[OR=4.96,95%CI(1.63,15.06),P=0.005]及重度放射性皮炎发生率[OR=0.21,95%CI(0.11,0.38),P<0.05]均低于对照组。[结论]现有证据表明,奥克喷射线防护剂能够有效减少急性放射性皮炎的发生,降低重度放射性皮炎发生率效果显著。 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of oak spray protective agent on the prevention and treatment of acute radiation dermatitis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on using oak spray protective agent in the prevention and treatment of acute radiation dermatitis were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,WanFang database,CBM and CNKI.The retrieval time was from the inception to December 1,2019.Bias risk Assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of selected literature.And RevMan 5.3 software was used for taking a Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 6 RCTs were included,involving 584 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the total incidence of acute radiation dermatitis[OR=0.18,95%CI(0.08,0.38),P<0.05],the incidence of mild radiation dermatitis[OR=4.96,95%CI(1.63,15.06),P=0.005]and the incidence of severe radiation dermatitis[OR=0.21,95%CI(0.11,0.38),P<0.05]among patients in intervention group were all significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that oak spray protective agent can effectively prevent the occurrence of acute radiation dermatitis.It has obvious effects on the prevention and treatment of severe radiation dermatitis.
