摘要
通过在美国纽约摩根史丹利儿童医院研修学习,介绍该院护理人力资源管理特色,如健全的护理管理组织架构、多样的护士角色及岗位职责、灵活的护理人力资源管理制度和方法等,提供可以借鉴和学习的思路,以期深化我国护理人力资源管理内涵,探索创新护理管理模式,提高护士工作满意度,促进护理事业的长远发展。
By studying at Morgan Stanley Children′s Hospital in New York,the characteristics of nursing human resource management in the hospital were introduced,such as an wholesome nursing management organizational structure,diverse nursing roles and positions responsibilities,flexible nursing human resource management systems and methods,which could be used for reference and learning,And so as to deepen the connotation of nursing human resource management in China,explore innovations in nursing management model,improve nurses′job satisfaction,and promote the long-term development of nursing career.
