摘要 目的:探究超高温环境对电气控制柜接线端粘接强度的影响。方法:测试电气控制柜接线端在不同温度环境下、受温度冲击情况下和处于真空热循环环境下的粘接强度,根据测试结果分析常温环境和超高温环境对接线端粘接强度的影响。结果:当温度在25℃~45℃时,DMA值最高,在此温度区间,胶粘剂的稳定性高,力学强度变化不大,粘接强度达到最大程度,电气控制柜接线端粘接强度在20~80℃内稳定性较好,在常温环境下粘接强度最强,强度保持率最高。而当温度开始进入超高温环境时,其粘接强度和强度保持率均随着温度的升高急剧下降,其主要原因是高温改变了胶粘剂的分子结构,其性能也随之改变,当其处于200℃高温时,胶粘剂的内聚强度接近于0,其性能会完全失效,可能会引发意外危险。结论:超高温环境对电气控制柜接线端粘接强度的影响程度较大,为保证电路安全,必须要严格控制环境温度。 Objective:To explore the influence of ultra-high temperature environment on the bonding strength of electrical control cabinet terminals.Methods:the bonding strength of the terminals of the electric control cabinet was tested under different temperature environment,under the impact of temperature and under the vacuum thermal cycle environment.According to the test results,the influence of normal temperature environment and ultrahigh temperature environment on the bonding strength of the terminals was analyzed.Results:when the temperature is 25℃~45℃,DMA value is the highest.In this temperature range,the adhesive has high stability,little change in mechanical strength,and the adhesive strength reaches the maximum degree.The terminal bonding strength of the electric control cabinet is stable in 20~80℃,the adhesive strength is the strongest and the strength retention rate is the highest in the normal temperature environment.When the temperature begins to enter the ultra-high temperature environment,the adhesive strength and strength retention rate decrease sharply with the increase of temperature.The main reason is that the high temperature changes the molecular structure of the adhesive,and its performance also changes.When the temperature is 200℃,the cohesive strength of the adhesive is close to 0,and its performance will completely fail,which may cause unexpected danger.Conclusion:ultra high temperature environment has a great influence on the bonding strength of the terminal of the electric control cabinet.In order to ensure the circuit safety,it is necessary to strictly control the ambient temperature.
