摘要
粘接结构具有比模量高,比强度高的优越性能,近些年来被越来越广泛的应用到各个领域中,这也使得粘接结构的质量要求越来越高,因此也对粘接质量的检测工作提出了新的要求,超声检测法是目前所有无损检测中最佳的粘接质量检测方法,文章对超声检测法的分类以及它们各自的特点进行了研究分析,此外,对非线性超声检测系统的工作原理以及其在计算机系统中的应用进行了重点阐述,为了更好的提升检测技术以及效率,计算机技术的合理应用是非常重要的手段之一。
Adhesive structure has the advantages of high specific modulus and high specific strength.In recent years,it has been more and more widely used in various fields,which also makes the quality requirements of adhesive structure higher and higher.Therefore,it also puts forward new requirements for the detection of adhesive quality.At present,the most effective detection method of adhesive quality is ultrasonic detection.The paper introduces the classification of ultrasonic testing and their respective characteristics.In addition,In this paper,the working principle of the nonlinear ultrasonic detection system and its application in the computer system are mainly introduced.In order to improve the detection technology and efficiency,the reasonable application of computer technology is one of the most important means.
