Performance Analysis of Building Exterior Wall Insulation in Northeast China

摘要 文章研究了东北地区建筑外墙保温材料选型问题,分析了常用保温材料的优缺点,讨论了建筑物外墙保温热传递机理,构建了外墙保温热传递模型,利用有限元分析对各型保温材料进行模拟分析与实例分析,结果表明岩棉板和玻璃棉在隔热性能上更适应东北地区环境。测试结果可以作为东北地区外墙保温材料选取提供的依据。 The selection of insulation materials for building exterior walls in Northeast China is studied.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of common insulation materials are analyzed.Then,the heat transfer mechanism of building insulation is discussed,and a heat transfer model for exterior wall insulation is constructed.Finally,ANSYS was used to perform simulation analysis and case analysis on various types of insulation materials.The results show that rock wool board and glass wool are more suitable for the Northeast environment in terms of heat insulation performance.The test results can be used as a basis for the selection of external wall insulation materials in the Northeast.
