基于抗干扰的矿用变频器整流器PWM四象限改造仿真

摘要 针对矿用变频器电磁干扰问题,在结合矿用变频器整流器结构的接触上,引入LC滤波器,对矿用变频器整流器PWM四象限进行改造,进而通过滤波减少频谱采集信号模糊的问题,减少因电磁干扰造成的信号采集干扰。最后,采用Simulink软件对矿用变频器进行建模,以及对试验环境参数进行设置,得到经过滤波器采集处理和未经过LC滤波的频谱图,结果表明经过LC滤波得到的频谱图更加清晰。 in view of the problem of electromagnetic interference of mine frequency converter,in combination with the contact of the structure of mine frequency converter rectifier,LC filter is introduced to transform the PWM four quadrant of mine frequency converter rectifier,and then the problem of fuzzy frequency spectrum acquisition signal is reduced by filtering,and the signal acquisition interference caused by electromagnetic interference is reduced.Finally,the simulation software is used to model the mine frequency converter,and the parameters of the test environment are set.The spectrum after filter acquisition and processing and without LC filtering is obtained.The results show that the spectrum after LC filtering is more clear.
