摘要
为了准确有效的对实验室排放的多元气体进行连续自动检测,运用计算机进行多点远程监测,本设计实现了一种基于改进433M无线通信技术的远程气体环境参数监测及净化系统。它由传感器模块、89C51为核心的信号处理模块、风机控制模块、净化模块以及433M模块组成。分析及试验结果表明:该系统可以稳定的实现定时或实时传输数据,该系统成本较低,可以广泛应用于化工,食品行业和毒气检测等领域。
In order to accurately and effectively carry out continuous and automatic detection of multi-emission gas emitted in the laboratory,and use computers to perform multi-point remote monitoring,this design implements a remote gas environmental parameter monitoring and purification system based on improved 433M wireless communication technology.It consists of sensor module,a signal processing module with 89C51 as the core,fan control module,purification module and 433M module.The results show that the system can transmit data in a timed or realtime manner.The cost of the system is low,and it can be applied in chemical industry,food industry and toxic gas detection.
