摘要 化工园区的综合应急能力,是保证化工行业健康、有序开展生产,降低事故损失的主要基础。文章基于AHP数学模型模糊评价方法,构建了我国基本国情下化工园区的综合应急能力评价指标体系。首先对AHP、数学模型模糊评价的基本理念和原理进行了综述;其次对化工园区综合应急能力评价指标体系以及综合应急能力指标的权重进行了构建和计算;再次基于AHP、数学模型模糊评价理论构建了化工园区综合应急能力模型;最后利用化工园区综合应急能力模糊评价模型对化工园综合应急能力指标体系中的1、2级指标进行了综合评价,提出了针对指标权重排序条件下的化工园区综合应急措施。 The comprehensive emergency response capability of the chemical industry park is the main basis to ensure the healthy and orderly production of the chemical industry and reduce the accident losses.Based on the fuzzy evaluation method of AHP mathematical model,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of comprehensive emergency response capacity of chemical industry park in China.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic concepts and principles of fuzzy evaluation of AHP and mathematical model;secondly,it constructs and calculates the evaluation index system and the weight of comprehensive emergency capability index of chemical industry park;thirdly,it constructs the comprehensive emergency capability model of chemical industry park based on AHP and mathematical model fuzzy evaluation theory;finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the first and second indicators in the comprehensive emergency response capacity index system of the chemical industry park was carried out by using the fuzzy evaluation model of the comprehensive emergency response capacity of the chemical industry park,and puts forward the comprehensive emergency measures for the chemical industry park under the condition of index weight ordering.
