齿痛消炎灵颗粒中22种成分的HPLC-MS/MS法测定

Simultaneous Determination of Twenty-two Components in Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules by HPLC-MS/MS

建立了同时测定齿痛消炎灵颗粒中22种化学成分的HPLC-MS/MS方法,并用于不同厂家样品的质量分析。色谱柱采用COSMOSIL Packed Column 5C18-PAQ柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,多反应监测模式进行定量(0~20 min,负离子模式;20~32 min,正离子模式)。结果表明,22种成分在测定浓度范围内的线性关系良好,方法回收率(n=3)为93.6%~107.3%,RSD为0.3%~4.8%。

An HPLC-MS/MS method was established for simultaneous quantification of twenty-two chemical components in Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules,and this method was used for quality analysis of samples from different manufacturers.A COSMOSIL Packed Column 5C18-PAQ was used,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid and the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min.The electrospray ion source was used in mass spectrometry with quantification by multi-reaction monitoring mode(0-20 min,negative ion mode;20-32 min,positive ion mode).The results showed that it was linear for twenty-two components in the ranges of test concentrations,and the recoveries(n=3)were 93.6%-107.3%,with RSD of 0.3%-4.8%.
