针刺对中风偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Limb Motor Function in Patients with Apoplectic Hemiplegia

目的探讨针刺对中风偏瘫患者肢体运动功能及生存质量的影响,评价其应用价值。方法选取2018年5月—2019年8月接收的中风偏瘫患者100例,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。2组患者均接受常规治疗方案,对照组患者接受康复训练,包括改善循环药、营养神经、降糖、控制血压等,同时进行常规功能训练;研究组患者在对照组的基础上采用针刺对症治疗,包括急性期针刺、恢复期针刺、后遗症期针刺。分别于治疗前、治疗1个月后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分法(FMA)测评运动功能,日常生活能力用Barthel指数进行评分,生存质量用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)进行评价,2组再进行比较分析。结果治疗前,2组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,2组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer积分均较治疗前升高,且研究组明显比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组生存质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,生理、社会关系、独立性、环境评分均较治疗前高,且研究组比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对中风偏瘫患者应用针刺疗效确切,有利于提高日常生活能力及肢体运动功能,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on limb motor function and quality of life in patients with apoplectic hemiplegia and to evaluate its application value.Methods From May 2018 to August 2019,100 patients with apoplectic hemiplegia received in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of random digital table method.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50).Both groups received routine treatment,while the control group received rehabilitation training,including improving circulating drugs,nutritional nerves,hypoglycemia,blood pressure control,and routine functional training,while the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group,including acute acupuncture,convalescent acupuncture,sequelae acupuncture.Before and 1 month after treatment,the motor function was evaluated by Fugl-Meyer motor function integration method(FMA),the ability of daily living was evaluated by Barthel index,and the quality of life was scored by World Health Organization quality of Life scale(WHOQOL-100).The two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups,but one month after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the scores of physiology,social relations,independence and environment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion is effective for apoplectic patients with hemiplegia,which is beneficial to improve the ability of daily life and limb motor function and improve quality of life,and is worthy of reference.
