中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎症性疾病临床观察

The Curative Effect and Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in the Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

目的探讨采用中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎症性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)的效果。方法将2018年2月—2019年1月于义马煤业集团总医院妇产科就诊的72例PID患者分成2组,对照组给予常规抗菌药物治疗,观察组在其基础上加用中药保留灌肠治疗,观察2组患者的盆腔炎中医证候评分、总有效率和半年复发率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,中医证候评分及半年复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药保留灌肠治疗PID效果显著,能显著改善患者的症状和体征,促进疾病康复,减少疾病复发,预防远期并发症。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases(PID).Method From February 2018 to January 2019,in the department of gynecology and obstetrics of Yima Coal Industry Group General Hospital,72 cases of PID patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional antibiotics therapy,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on its basis.After treatment,the comparison of the score of TCM Symptom Scale,total effective rate and the 6-month recurrence rate from two groups of patients were observed and compared.Result The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control,the score of TCM Symptom Scale and 6-month recurrence rate of observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of PID can improve the symptoms and signs of the patients,promote rehabilitation,reduce recurrence and prevent long-term complications.
