苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

Study on the Effect of Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探究苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2018年6月—2019年5月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分成2组,每组均为30例,对照组使用常规方法治疗,研究组使用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗。结果研究组治疗后心功能优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苓桂术甘汤加味治疗慢性心力衰竭患者,疗效显著,心功能获得极大改善,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction on chronic heart failure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods,and patients in the study group were treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction.Results The cardiac function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure has significantly curative effect,can greatly improvecardiac function,and can be popularized in clinical application.
