远红外理疗贴穴位敷贴联合声治疗干预特发性耳鸣临床观察

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Far Infrared Physiotherapy Acupoint Application Combined with Acoustic Therapy in the Treatment of Idiopathic Tinnitus

目的评价远红外理疗贴穴位敷贴联合声治疗干预特发性耳鸣的疗效。方法选取以耳鸣为第一主诉的特发性耳鸣患者90例,随机分为远红外理疗贴敷贴组、远红外理疗贴内衬王不留行籽组(即联合组)及单纯声治疗组,每组30例。每组均由同一专家给予专业的耳鸣咨询,在此基础上进行声音治疗。远红外理疗贴敷贴组、联合组选取人迎穴和扶突穴进行敷贴治疗,每日1次,5周为一个疗程。分析红外理疗贴穴位敷贴联合声治疗干预特发性耳鸣的疗效。结果敷贴组、联合组、声治疗组的总有效率分别为73.3%、76.7%、63.3%,敷贴组与声治疗组、联合组与声治疗组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组与敷贴组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远红外理疗贴穴位敷贴联合声治疗干预特发性耳鸣是一种有效方法。远红外理疗贴内衬王不留行籽有效率虽然最高,但不具备临床使用意义。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of far-infrared physiotherapy acupoint application combined with acoustic therapy for idiopathic tinnitus.Methods 90 patients with idiopathic tinnitus as the first complaint were selected and randomly divided into far-infrared physiotherapy application group,far-infrared physiotherapy Vaccaria segetalis(Neck.)Garcke group(ie combined group)and simple acoustic treatment group,and each group had 30 cases.Each group was given professional tinnitus consultation by the same expert,and sound therapy is performed on this basis.The far-infrared physiotherapy paste application group and the joint group were selected to be treated with acupuncture points and Futu(LI18),once a day,five weeks for a course of treatment.Through the comparison between groups and groups,the therapeutic effect of infrared physiotherapy acupoint application combined with acoustic therapy on idiopathic tinnitus was analyzed.Results The total effective rates of the application group,the combined group and the acoustic treatment group were 73.3%,76.7%,and 63.3%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference between the application group and the acoustic therapy group,and the combination group and the acoustic therapy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the combination treatment group and the acupoint application group(P>0.05).Conclusion The far infrared physiotherapy paste acupoint application combined with acoustic therapy intervention idiopathic tinnitus is an effective method.The far infrared physiotherapy stickers Vaccaria segetalis(Neck.)Garcke has the highest effect,but does not have clinical significance.
