耳穴压豆治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎临床研究

Study on the Clinical Significance of Auricular Point Pressing on Patients with Chronic Gastritis of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach

目的探讨耳穴压豆对脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁省大连市中医医院呼吸脾胃科的80例脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例采取常规的治疗方法,试验组40例在采取常规治疗方法的基础上采取耳穴压豆治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果,胃肠症状分级表评定胃肠功能,采用SF-36量表评估患者生活质量。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组临床总有效率为90.0%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的胃炎症状及生活质量评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆对脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者的临床疗效显著,可以提高临床总有效率和患者的生活质量,故耳穴压豆治疗慢性消化系统疾病具有重要意义。

Objective To study the clinical significance of auricular point pressing on the patients with chronic gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with chronic gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach were selected from the department of respiratory spleen-stomach of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were divided into experimental group and control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.40 patients in the experimental group were treated with auricular point pressing on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The gastrointestinal function was assessed with the gastrointestinal symptom grading table,and the patients were assessed with SF-36 scale quality of life.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,clinical effective rate of the control group was 90.0%,and clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The gastritis symptoms and quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The auricular point pressing on chronic gastritis of deficiency of spleen and stomach has significantly clinical significance,can improve the clinical efficiency and improve the quality of life of the patients,so it is of great significance to treat chronic digestive system diseases.
