中西医结合治疗在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用

The Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction in Recovery Period

目的探讨中西医结合治疗在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年6月接收的脑梗死恢复期患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(39例)与研究组(39例)。2组均行西药治疗,对照组在西药的基础上给予针刺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合脑脉复原汤对症治疗。比较分析2组中医证候积分、治疗前后NIHSS评分、凝血功能指标与HCY水平变化情况。结果治疗后,2组半身不遂、乏力、肢体麻木、面色[白光]白的证候积分均比治疗前低,且研究组比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究PT、APTT、TT均比对照组高,FIB、HCY水平均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死恢复期患者采用中西医结合治疗的疗效确切,可有效降低血清CRP及HCY水平,改善凝血功能,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2018 to June 2019,78 patients received cerebral infarction recovery period were divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were treated with western medicine,the control group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of western medicine,and the study group was given Naomai Fuyuan decoction.The changes of TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,coagulation function index and HCY level before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,The symptom scores of hemiplegia,fatigue,limb numbness and pale complexion in both groups were lower than before treatment,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PT,APTT and TT of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the FIB and HCY level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the convalescent period cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the level of serum CRP and HCY and improve the coagulation function,which is worthy of reference.
