中医情志干预在老年脑梗死中的应用价值

The Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Intervention in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析中医情志护理对老年脑梗死患者心理状态及日常生活能力的影响。方法抽选2016年1月—2019年8月收治的70例老年脑梗死患者,按护理方式的不同将其分为常规组(予以常规护理方法)和中医组(予以中医情志护理方法),每组35例。比较2组护理前后的老年人情感状态抑郁评分表(GDS)、纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分情况。结果护理前,2组的GDS、MUNSH、ADL评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,2组的GDS、MUNSH、ADL评分与护理前相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),中医组的MUNSH、ADL评分高于常规组(P<0.05),GDS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理能良好改善老年脑梗死患者的负面情绪,提高其幸福度和日常生活能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on mental state and daily life of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2016 to May 2019,70 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the analysis objects,which were divided into routine group(received routine nursing method)and traditional Chinese medicine group(received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing method)according to the different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The scores of affective state depression score(GDS),Newfoundland memorial university happiness scale(MUNSH),and daily life ability rating scale(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results Nursing Before nursing,there was no statistical difference in GDS,MUNSH and ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,there was a statistical difference in GDS,MUNSH and ADL scores between the two groups compared with those before nursing(P<0.05).The MNSH and ADL scores in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The GDS scores of traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve the negative emotion of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction and improve their happiness and daily life ability.
