本科低年级学生课外针灸服务小组“早临床”实践与反思 被引量:1

摘要 医学生本科阶段的学习主要包括课堂理论和临床实践。南方医科大学中医药学院针灸推拿学本科学习提倡"早临床多临床",鼓励低年级学生积极以各种形式参与临床实践。本文介绍了大二年级学生自发组建课外针灸服务小组的实践,包括了针灸服务小组的组成、规章制度、预约、治疗、随访、记录等具体服务流程。低年级学生利用课余时间,积极开展课外实践活动,有助于提高服务小组成员的临床能力,加强理论联系实践。同时,分析了针灸服务小组实践过程中的优势与不足,以期为本科低年级学生开展"早临床多临床"教学实践提供参考。 The study of undergraduate medical students mainly focuses on basic theory and clinical practice.The undergraduate study of acupuncture and massage in School of traditional Chinese medicine of Southern Medical University advocates"earlier and more-time clinical practice",and encourages junior students to actively participate in clinical practice in various forms.This paper introduces the practice of extracurricular acupuncture service group organized spontaneously by sophomore students,including the group composition,rules and regulations,and the specific service process of acupuncture service of appointment,treatment,following-up and data record.It is helpful to improve the clinical ability of junior students and strengthen the connection between theory and practice through their extracurricular practical activities in spare time.And the advantages and disadvantages of the practice of acupuncture service group are analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the teaching practice of"earlier and more-time clinical practice"for the undergraduate students.
