城市困难职工的解困脱困是维护职工合法权益、促进职工队伍和谐稳定的重要基础,需要政府、工会及社会力量共同参与帮扶救助。本文以山西省为例,针对城市困难职工的致困原因和解困脱困工作中存在的主要问题进行了较为深入的系统分析和探讨,提出了完善帮扶救助机制、建立困难职工解困脱困长效机制等应对措施。

Poverty relief for difficult urban workers is an important foundation to protect the legal rights and interests of the workers and promote harmonious and stable work force.Taking Shanxi province as an example,the essay makes a systematic analysis and discussion on the causes of the difficulties and the main problems on poverty relief,and put forward countermeasures,such as perfecting aid mechanism and establishing a long-term mechanism of poverty relief.
