摘要
依法签订劳动合同是维护劳动者合法权益的重要依据。本文在对山西、四川和江西三省个体工商户劳动关系现状实证调查的基础上,分析了签订劳动合同对保障个体工商户雇员的休息休假权、社会保险待遇等劳动权益的影响和积极作用,提出了提高个体工商户雇员劳动合同签订率的措施。
Labor contract is an important legal mechanism to safeguard the rights and interests of laborers.Based on the empirical survey on the current situation of labor relations among individual businesses in Shanxi,Sichuan and Jiangxi provinces,using the Pearson function formula for computing the correlation coefficient,case analysis and other methods,it is found that labor contracts have significant positive effects on the protection of labor rights and interests of individual business employees,such as the right to rest and social insurance benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the reasons for the low signing rate of labor contracts,and take targeted measures to improve it,thereby promoting the harmonious and stable labor relations between individual business employers and employees.
