基于阵列扫描的液货船多通道温度实时监测系统

摘要 油类、化学品和液化气在运输过程中具有很大的易燃易爆风险性,为保障船舶货运安全,基于数字测温传感器和单片机设计了实时温度监测系统。传感器阵列采用独特的一线制总线结构与单片机相连,通过循环扫描和分时复用技术实现对每个传感器的控制。利用RS232总线技术实现单片机与船舱值班室PC机之间的通信。仿真效果表明系统运行状况良好,试验数据表明系统在环境温度为-55~105℃时测量温度误差不超过1℃,能够实现多个货舱温度实时监测。解决了传统温度监测数据统计量大、人为现场测量、测量温度误差较大等问题,具有较高的实用价值。 Oils,chemicals and liquefied gases have great flammability and explosive risks during transportation.In order to ensure the safety of shipping,a temperature real-time monitoring system based on digital temperature sensor array and MCU is designed.The sensor array adopting the one-wire bus structure is connected to MCU,and the control of each sensor is realized by the cyclic scanning and time division multiplexing technology.The system realizes the communication between the MCU and the PC in the cabin duty room through RS232 bus technology.The simulation shows that the system is in good condition and the test data indicates that the temperature error of the system does not exceed 1℃when the ambient temperature is-55-105℃,which proves that it can realize real-time monitoring of multiple cargo compartment temperatures.The system has good practicability for solving the problems of large statistics of traditional temperature monitoring data,manual field measurement,and large temperature error measurement,etc.
