摘要 介绍了7.63 m焦炉桥管炸裂给作业现场带来的安全与环保影响,分析了7.63 m焦炉桥管更换过程中存在荒煤气逸出中毒、高温烫伤及中暑和物体打击等事故伤害。通过控制集气管压力和采用特制盲板有效控制了荒煤气的逸出和空气的吸入,计算得出可采用动力风压制上升管窜出的火焰和高温气体避免烫伤,加强作业过程的安全管理使得7.63 m焦炉桥管更换过程中的主要危险因素得到有效控制;制定了合理的更换方案,武钢7.63 m焦炉桥管更换得以顺利进行。 This paper introduces the safety and environmental impact of 7.63 m coke oven bridge tube bursting on the work site and analyses the accident injuries of waste gas escaping poisoning,high temperature scalding,heatstroke and object striking during the replacement of 7.63 m coke oven bridge tube.The escape of waste gas and the intake of air are controlled effectively by controlling the pressure of the collector pipe and adopting the special blind plate and it is calculated that the flame and high temperature gas from the riser can be suppressed by the power wind to avoid scalding.The main risk factors in the process of replacing the bridge tube of 7.63 m coke oven can be effectively controlled by strengthening the safety management of the operation process.Finally,a reasonable replacement scheme is worked out,and it goes smoothly.
