摘要
结合钢铁企业实际,实施“五个一”的独特安全文化创建路径和方法,建立一套完善、科学的钢铁企业安全文化,形成“树立一个理念、打造一支队伍、构建一套体系、探索一条路径、培育一种文化”的系统工作模式,带动了企业安全风险控制能力水平的明显提升。安全文化创建过程中,重点关注创建路径设计、引导全员参与、培育全员习惯安全行为,创新性地运用各种方法来吸引全员参与,实现了不同层级、不同岗位人员自觉参与自己相匹配、相适应的安全文化,促进了企业的稳定和可持续发展。
This paper establishes a sound and scientific safety culture of steel enterprises by implementing the“five-one”safety culture creation path and method in iron and steel enterprises and has formed a set of system operation mode“establishing a concept,building a team,building a system,and exploring a path and cultivating a culture”,which has led to a significant increase in the level of corporate safety management.In the process of creating a corporate safety culture,the focus is on creating path design,guiding all employees to participate,cultivating the habitual safety behavior of all employees,and innovatively applying various methods to attract the participation of all employees,and realize the conscious participation of people at different levels and positions.Matching and adapting to the corporate safety culture promotes the stability and sustainable development of the company.
