企业职业健康安全管理体系与安全生产标准化融合研究

Research on the Integration of Enterprise Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Safety Production Standardization

企业的安全生产标准化属于政府推动下企业广泛应用的安全管理方法,而职业健康安全管理体系属于企业自愿进行的系统管理的改进方式,目前已有越来越多的企业采取两种管理方式来进行企业的安全管理。文章重点分析两者的联系与区别,从中找到融合的契合点,探讨将两者融合的必要性和可行性,以期提升企业管理成效。

The corresponding work safety standardization belongs to the safety management method widely used by enterprises under the promotion of the government,while the occupational health and safety management system belongs to the improvement way of the system management voluntarily carried out by enterprises,and at present,more and more enterprises adopt two kinds of management methods to carry on the safety management of enterprises.This paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship and differences between the two methods to find the convergence point of integration and explore the necessity and feasibility of integration of the two ones,so as to improve the effectiveness of enterprise management.
