摘要
低压配网台区综合评价结果是供电企业筛选待改造台区的决策依据。针对当前台区综合评价中建立指标体系和确定指标客观权重的不足,提出了运用粗糙集理论优化初建指标体系和确定指标客观权重,再与主观赋权法结合获得指标的综合权重,得到各台区的综合评价结果。最后,以某市供电局辖区内的若干个台区进行实例分析,验证了粗糙集理论在低压配网台区综合评价中的有效性和实用性。
The result of comprehensive evaluation of low-voltage distribution network area is used in power supply enterprises as the decision-making basis to screen network areas to be remodeled.In view of insufficient establishment of indicator system and determination of objective indicator weights in current comprehensive network area evaluation,it was proposed that rough set theory should be applied in the optimization of initial indicator system and determination of objective indicator weight,before the subjective weighting method was used to obtain the results of comprehensive evaluation for each network area.Finally,the validity and practicability of the rough set theory in the comprehensive evaluation of low-voltage distribution network areas were verified by analyzing actual examples of several network areas under the jurisdiction of the power supply bureau in a certain city.
